What A1KnowHow does
A1KnowHow turns complex documentation into verified answers with citations, plus repeatable workflows with templates and approvals for support, onboarding, proposals, and runbooks. Organizations use A1KnowHow to:
- Search their knowledge base with natural-language questions and get cited answers
- Run multi-step workflows with templates, human approvals, and agent-driven automations
- Build specialized agents with controlled access to tools, MCP servers, and LLM providers
Sign in with Google
A1KnowHow offers an optional Continue with Google sign-in on the login and signup pages. Email and password sign-in remains available as an alternative.
When you choose Google Sign-In, we request access to your Google account email and basic profile information (email and profile scopes). We use this data only to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your A1KnowHow account
- Link Google sign-in to an existing account when email addresses match
- Match team invitations to the correct Google account email
- Display your profile in the application
We do not use Google user data for advertising, selling to third parties, or purposes unrelated to providing A1KnowHow. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google services.
